• Frequency: Message frequency varies by use case.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
• No sharing for marketing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• Subprocessors: We use vetted messaging providers (such as Twilio) solely to transmit messages on our behalf.

4.1. Aggregate and Anonymous Information. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, for any business purpose.

Calls handled by our AI voice agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and service-delivery purposes. Where required by law, callers will be notified at the start of the call. Recordings are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.

Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you choose to use the Services from other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from United States law, please note that you are transferring your personal information to the United States for storage and processing. Your providing of information on or to the Services constitutes your consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information through or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
